[CUSTOMER SERVICE] Do you supply and fit kitchens? ANSWER Yes, if the customer wants it that way, but there is a 15% cost plus transportation Do you charge a callout fee? Yes, we do in some instances, find out when you call
[SALES] Do you charge to give quotes? ANSWER not always, depends on when you call, if we have someone nearby and they are free, then we don’t charge, otherwise, it is only a small amount
[SUPPORT] Do you guarantee your work? ANSWER All work are guaranteed unless the customer did not agree to the quote we gave and asked for a reduction, or when customer does things to delay the work during install.
[BILLING] How is Payment made? ANSWER 50% at start of work, 25% half way through the work, and the last 25% at end of the work. no transaction fee when you pay by cash £30 fee for cheque payments £25 bank transfer fee, £25 for card payments 15% will be added to all materials or labor if I have to get anything or have to wait for you
