CUSTOMER SERVICE
Do you supply and fit kitchens?
ANSWER
Yes, if the customer wants it that way(17% extra on cost to cover admin and transport)

Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes, we do in some instances, find out when you call
SALES
Do you charge to give quotes?
Not always, depends on when you call, if we have someone nearby and they are free, then we don’t charge, otherwise, it is only a small amount

SUPPORT
Do you guarantee your work?
ANSWER
All work are guaranteed unless the customer did not agree to the quote we gave and asked for a reduction, or when customer does things to delay or hinder the work during install.

BILLING
How is Payment made?
ANSWER
50% at start of work, 25% half way through the work, and the last 25% at end of the work.
no transaction fee when you pay by cash
£30 fee for cheque payments
£25 bank transfer fee,
£25 for card payments
17% will be added to all materials or labour if I have to get anything with or without you

Do you fit marbles?
Not at the moment, but hoping to in the near future

Do you offer property management?
Yes we do, starting from only 8%(we don’t have a large portfolio just so we can provide you with the great service)

Do you sing and dance?
Oh yes, if you are paying a million pounds and you don’t mind me singing and dancing badly
